Yes, when you are the right fit for our customers. We require alignment on values, a territory that is not awarded to another dealer, the capability to support installation, a desire to provide lifetime care, and a strong understanding of the commercial door industry. We are keen to hear from suitable representatives. Particular focus on potential representatives serving urban areas with a high density of commercial, shared family, and mixed-use buildings, therefore typically a high density of parking garages.
We are actively building our national network of dealers and representatives. Let's talk.
We provide a 5-year warranty, covering materials and workmanship, limited to 1m cycle on a Vertical Lift Gate.
Our sectional door has a 2-year warranty, covering materials and workmanship.
For our VLG, we offer a full refurbishment and warranty extension, giving another worry-free 5-year or 1 million cycles.
We recognize the need for some customers to spread the cost of a replacement door over multiple budget cycles. We offer interest-free payment terms for customers. Dealers are welcome to take advantage of these terms, which then are passed through to customers.
Our Sectional Door and Vertical Lift Gates are engineered for high-cycle, high-security parking garages, typically associated with multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
Davis Door products have been engineered with commercial customers in mind.

This depends on the opening height you need to achieve and the number of panels. Our maximum number of panels is 6, so to find the minimum headroom…divide the opening height by the number of panels (6) and add 10 inches.
For example, for an 8’2” opening height, with our maximum of 6 panels, you need a minimum of 26” inches headroom.
If your building design allows more headroom, we will utilize this by increasing the panel height and decreasing the number of panels.
Please note that headroom is to the lowest point of obstruction, which may be a duct or pipe, and not to the actual ceiling.
If the headroom on the inside of the opening is insufficient, the door can be mounted on the exterior of the opening, which usually provides ample headroom. In an exterior-mounted application, a fixed header panel is installed at the top of the assembly that matches the design and construction of the operable door panels.
The Vertical Lift Gate can operate on incoming power of 120V (20A dedicated circuit)
OR
208V/460V 3 phase

The door serial number can be found in a few places:
1. Stamped on the plate on the exterior of the bottom panel (center, at the bottom).
2. Stamped on the plate located on the head plate of the weight box tower (next to the operator).
3. Labeled on the end of each gate panel.
4. Identifying the door serial number is helpful for troubleshooting and ordering replacement parts.
